Rose Paradise Street
Redstar Commerce is dedicated to build a situational theme street--the Rose Street with romantic and leisure architectural style to form local romantic scenery. Guided by full-functional humanistic attitude and grand verve, based on Whale Theory and Celestial Theory, this project is aimed to embody the mode that the Aegean is independent and complement with the Rose Street, as well as using compatible wisdom to create advanced planning. Covering total 30 or 50 thousand square meters, the second and third floors of the Rose Street are designed with corridor, as well as hallway connected with each other by bridge, so as to create a kind of commercial atmosphere with S-shaped operation drove by H-shaped operation. Furthermore, it also plans to manage the dining area integrated with the areas of Aegean Shopping Mall to boost popularity of the first, second and third floors, in order to increase the value of shops. In the street, the top is made of glass so that the sunshine can pour in directly, thus customers are very comfortable for their shopping, and enjoy themselves.
